Learn how to hold space that heals - with presence, precision, and deep self-awareness.

The Practitioner’s Weekend

18th & 19th September

10am - 4pm

Art Gallery | West London

£250

Two days of real, grounded learning for practitioners who want to deepen their ability to hold space.

This course offers the tools, self-awareness and lived experience needed to show up with more clarity, confidence and presence in your work. Through guided practices, discussion, and reflection, you’ll uncover what shapes your sessions - and how to work in a way that’s more attuned, responsive, and true to you.

A person is receiving a hand massage or physical therapy from another person. The focus is on their hands, with one person’s hand gently holding the other's wrist, in black and white.

This course is for qualified practitioners ready to go deeper.

Over the course of a weekend, we’ll explore what it really means to hold space - not just for others, but for yourself too.

Together, we’ll unpack the unconscious beliefs, emotional triggers, and energetic signatures you bring into the room - the ones that can quietly shape how you hear, interpret, and respond to clients.

You’ll learn how to meet what arises with more self-awareness and neutrality - so you can truly listen, hold, and guide with integrity.

We’ll also look at what you uniquely bring to the healing process - your presence, your way of working, your relationship with what moves through you - and how to strengthen that in service of clearer, more powerful sessions.

This isn’t about becoming someone new. It’s about becoming more of who you are and learning how to bring that fully into your work.

Expect:

  • Group practice and real-time feedback

  • Healing experiences to help you process your own blocks

  • Story-led teaching that brings theory to life

  • Honest discussion and supportive space

  • A mix of lecture, Q&A, and reflective exercises

A bedroom with a bed, pillows, and a blanket, a book open on the bed, and a small table with bottles and books against the wall, with a large plant in the background.
