2. Appointments & Cancellations

  • All appointments must be paid for in advance or at the time of the session.

  • We kindly ask for at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule. Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice may be charged in full.

  • If you are late for your session, the session may be shortened accordingly and charged in full.

  • Repeated no-shows or cancellations may result in refusal of future bookings.

3. Disclaimer

  • Our services are complementary therapies and not a replacement for medical diagnosis or treatment.

  • We do not claim to cure or diagnose medical conditions. You are encouraged to consult your GP or other qualified healthcare providers for medical concerns.

  • Results vary from person to person.

4. Health & Safety

  • Please inform us of any medical conditions, pregnancy, injuries, or implants (e.g., breast implants or pacemakers) prior to treatment.

  • It is your responsibility to disclose relevant health information so we can ensure your safety and provide the best care.

  • If we feel a treatment is not appropriate or safe for you, we reserve the right to decline or modify the session.

5. Confidentiality

  • Everything shared during your sessions is treated with the strictest confidence, except where disclosure is required by law (e.g., safeguarding concerns).

  • We will not share your personal information without your explicit consent.

6. Website Use

  • All content on this website, including copy, design, and branding, is the intellectual property of The Elements and may not be copied or used without permission.

  • We take reasonable steps to ensure the website is safe and functional, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.

7. Concessions

  • We offer a limited number of concession spaces each month. These are at our discretion and must be applied for via email.
