ABOUT
We’re Grace and Georgie, co-founders of The Elements Studio, a shared home for mind-body practitioners.
Our journey together began in 2017 through a shared curiosity in how true healing unfolds - not through fixing, but through listening. We officially founded The Elements Project in 2019, and over the years it grew into something simpler and truer: The Elements Studio - a space where practitioners can heal their patients and be part of a collaborative, thriving community of like-minded people.
As the studio evolves, our vision is simple: to nurture a culture of reflection, collaboration, and depth in the healing professions.
Through practitioner education, retreats, and conversation, The Elements Studio will keep exploring what it means to work with integrity - in ourselves, our practices, and the wider world.
The Philosophy of the Studio
Healing work can be both beautiful and lonely.
It asks for presence, reflection, and a commitment to ongoing growth - yet most practitioners end up working in isolation. The Elements Studio exists to change that.
We believe that depth in practice comes from dialogue: with each other, with our traditions, and with the times we’re living in. This is a space where practitioners can refine their craft, explore the relationship between ancient systems and modern life, and find integrity through community.
Our guiding principles are simple:
Integrity - doing work that’s clean, grounded, and responsible.
Curiosity - staying open to new understanding and cross-disciplinary conversation.
Coherence - cultivating alignment between body, mind, and spirit in both practitioner and space.
who we are
Our private practices are rooted in Classical Five Element Acupuncture and Theta Healing - one works through the body, the other through the subconscious. Together, they let us work on the physical and emotional patterns that shape how you feel, think, and move through life.
Grace Elliston
Grace brings a rare sensitivity to pattern - to the way your inner world moves, shifts, and sometimes knots itself. Her work is gentle but deep, reflective and exacting, with a gift for helping people return to their own inner authority and clarity. She sees the potential behind the pain, and helps people move from confusion to coherence.
Georgie Ireland
Georgie works with depth and compassion - someone who can hold space for the full spectrum of what’s hidden or hard to name. She’s a steady container with a clear intuitive hit, equally at home in the practical and the mystical. With her, the work often feels like unearthing something quietly powerful that was always there.
