In a Theta Healing session, you’ll be guided into a deeply relaxed, meditative state - known as the theta brainwave. From this space, the practitioner helps you identify and shift limiting beliefs, emotional patterns, or energetic blocks that may be holding you back. Using gentle questioning and intuitive guidance, they work with you to release what’s no longer serving and replace it with new, empowering beliefs.
